Order Status
Has my order been sent?
  Once you have placed your order online, your goods will be hand-picked, quality checked and dispatched as soon as your online payment reaches our account. Your goods will then arrive within 24 hours of dispatch.

There is a small delivery charge of £6.00 on all orders.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  We dispatch your orders using Business Post, a fast and reliable service, every order is registered and therefore we are able to track your order to find out it's status. If you have not received your order within 72 hours of your payment reaching us, please get in touch on 01959 563215.
An item is missing from my delivery.
  We check every order before dispatch and will get in touch with you if an order you have placed is no longer available. Please contact us on 01883 341 969 if you have any queries concerning your delivery.
My product is missing parts.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
